Truvera Mortgage (Senior) -1 Limited Partnership (the "Mortgage LP")

  • limited partners include Financial Institutions and Private Foundation.​

INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY

The Mortgage Limited Partnership adopts an "asset lending" approach to lending with a portfolio comprised, almost exclusively, of first-ranking, "low loan-to- value" residential and commercial mortgages situated in major metropolitan centres, primarily in Western Canada.  Its objective is to provide limited partners with capital protection and income generation.

Brokered Lending and Co-Lending Opportunities

  • Truvera's Agency Desk, separate and distinct from the Mortgage LP, provides the limited partners of the Mortgage LP with access to mortgage lending and co-lending opportunities as a "membership" benefit.

  • Individual loans can be brokered, underwritten and/or administered exclusively on your behalf.

  • Large loans up to $50 million can be brokered, underwritten and/or administered on behalf of a group of co-lenders.

Business Meeting

ADVISORY SERVICES

Truvera offers discreet and non-predatory "mortgage decline" services for Financial Institutions which cannot themselves provide requested mortgage financings.  Truvera also is available to offer mortgage acquisition services for lenders desiring to restructure their portfolios.
